To return any part of an order initiate a return by sending an email to our Customer Care team to receive a return label for your shipment - Customercare@zanella.com. In your email include your order number, item(s) to be returned and best contact number in case we need to contact you outside of email.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, with tags attached. Worn items cannot be returned.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Include a copy of your invoice to expedite the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used at checkout.

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display only items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we do run out of stock of an item.
Zanella utilizes UPS for all online orders. We offer free standard delivery and free returns within 30 days. Tracking information is received by email once an order has shipped.
