Merchandise should be returned within 30 days of receipt, in the box in which it was sent, in the same condition as when it was received, and with all original tags still attached. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be credited to the card used at check out. Gifts that are returned by someone other than the original purchaser may be returned for merchandise credit.
When you would like to process a return or an exchange, please follow the guidelines as indicated on the order confirmation form that was sent with your order.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to email@example.com We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel your order for any reason.
All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to display only items that are currently in stock and available to ship, there may be instances from time to time where we do run out of stock of an item.
Zanella utilizes UPS. We offer free ground shipping and free returns. Once your order has shipped, check your e-mail as we will send you a tracking number.
